Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome and some of the symptoms include:
๐ญ Feeling nervous, restless or tense.
๐ญ Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom.
๐ญ Having an increased heart rate.
๐ญ Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation)
๐ญ Sweating.
๐ญ Trembling.
๐ญ Feeling weak or tired.
Anxiety is a common feeling and it's important to remember that ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐!
There are different ways to help treat and manage anxiety disorders such as:

๐ Self-help resources
๐ Talking Therapy
๐ Medication
